Plans and Refunds

1. What is free and what is Pro
Playing Brainonia is always free for students, and teachers can always host live games for free. Pro adds teacher tools: homework links, AI-drafted question sets and downloadable results. Prices are shown in the game before you pay.
2. Plans
- Pro, 1 year: Pro for 365 days from payment. It does not renew automatically; paying again adds another year after the current one ends.
- Founder plan: Pro for as long as Brainonia offers Pro, for one payment. Offered until 31 December 2026 or until the first 100 are sold, whichever comes first.
3. How you pay
- Bank transfer in Vietnam (VietQR): you transfer the exact amount with the order code shown as the transfer note. Pro turns on automatically a few minutes after the money arrives. If you made a mistake in the amount or the note, email us and we will sort it out by hand.
- Card (international): processed by Polar (polar.sh), who acts as the merchant of record: they handle the payment, invoices and sales tax/VAT. Their terms also apply to the purchase.
4. Refunds
If Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise or if the service is ended. Card refunds go back to the card through Polar; bank transfer refunds go back to the account they came from. When a payment is refunded, Pro ends.
5. If Brainonia ends
If we stop offering Pro, we will tell you at least 30 days before. Yearly plans that still have time left will be refunded for the unused months.
